Micronix Group, founded in 1996 by Mr. Prasad Prabhakar Gulavani, is a diversified engineering and manufacturing enterprise serving both domestic and international markets. The company has evolved into a complete design-to-manufacturing partner, with the ability to produce everything from small precision components of 100 grams to large size parts weighing up to 20 tonnes. Our expertise spans large size parts manufacturing, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), gauges, fixtures, patterns, dies, and precision castings. These activities are supported by state-of-the-art facilities equipped with Horizontal Floor Boring Machines (HBMs), HMCs, VMCs, and VTLs, along with advanced quality control systems that ensure precision and reliability. In 2023, the group further diversified into real estate and infrastructure development through Kulkarni Gulavani Builders and Developers, extending its core values of quality and trust into smart and sustainable projects.

The journey of Micronix began in 1996, when Paramount Micronix was founded by Mr. Prasad Prabhakar Gulavani with nothing more than two poles, a single compressor, and a few metal sheets in a 10ft x 10ft rented premise. What started as a modest fettling setup soon grew into a focused engineering enterprise, shifting towards the design and production of gauges, fixtures, and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), laying the foundation for a future built on precision and innovation. In 2007, the establishment of Paramount Micronix Pvt. Ltd. expanded machining capabilities with the addition of Horizontal Floor Boring Machines (HBMs), HMCs, VMCs, and VTLs, enabling the company to take on complex and large size part requirements. A major transformation came in 2020, when all operations were brought together as MICRONIX. At this stage, the company strengthened its role in large size part manufacturing and introduced patterns and dies operations, becoming a complete design-to-manufacturing ecosystem capable of handling everything from 100-gram components to 20-tonne parts. In 2023, the group diversified into real estate with Kulkarni Gulavani Builders and Developers, carrying its principles of quality, trust, and long-term reliability into modern, sustainable infrastructure projects.

Our Founder is a true technocrat and self-made entrepreneur whose journey reflects hard work, technical brilliance, and perseverance. He completed his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering in 1993 and began his career at Ghatge Patil Industries, Kolhapur (1993–1996). While working there, he also pursued his entrepreneurial dream, often dedicating late evenings and weekends to building his vision. With just two poles, a compressor, and a small 10ft × 10ft rented space, he laid the foundation of Micronix. What started with basic fettling and machining gradually grew into a diversified enterprise manufacturing precision components, jigs & fixtures, patterns, SPMs, and large parts up to 20 tonnes. His relentless focus on quality gave rise to the company’s guiding motto — When Quality Comes First. Even after three decades of experience, he continued to enhance his knowledge, completing his M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering in 2023.
